Objectives of the Amended Property Sector Code:
The amended property sector code objectives are made to remove barriers that prevent Black people from owning property or participating in the property market.
To focus on increasing Black professionals, especially Black women, through education and talent attraction.
To support SMMEs and B-BEE firms and promote investment and access to finance for property growth.
