At the PSCC, we enhance transformation by factoring in the unique characteristics and knowledge of the property sector's legislation to deepen the meaningful participation of property participants in South Africa's mainstream economy.

Property Sector Charter Council 

The Property Sector Charter Council is one of the twelve sector councils that are approved by the Department of Trade and Industry and Competition to drive transformation in their respective sectors. 

Property Sector Code

The Property Sector Code has constituted a framework and established the principles upon which Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) is being implemented in the sector. 

We are empowered to act with executive authority to provide the necessary guidance on sector-specific matters that affect
B-BBEE entities within the property sector.  

Company Transformation

We assist the stakeholders in the sector with their transformation journey as outlined in the sector codes.

Property Sector Guidance

We add value to the sector by providing much needed guidance towards transformation.
